Burn Boot Camp Class – July 13th
Brides and tribes, let’s get moving! We’re teaming up with Burn Boot Camp for a FREE outdoor workout in our parking lot at 8 AM on July 13th. This 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is perfect for getting or staying active as you prepare for the big day.
Here’s what you need to know:
● Arrive a few minutes early to check in and complete your liability waiver (fill it out beforehand here)
● Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for the workout
● Come hydrated, and have a light snack like a banana or some healthy carbs beforehand
● Don’t forget your water bottle, sunglasses, and a sweat towel
